POLE SHIFTS IN THE BIBLE

Subtitle

The Bible describes several pole shifts in the past, and the next one in our near future

A Pole Shift - a crustal displacement - happens when the entire surface of the earth suddenly moves over the interior.

The crust slides over the mantle and core as a single piece, like chocolate could rotate around a cherry inside it.

The idea that every continent could rapidly move to a new location as civilization is ruined by  earthquakes and tidal waves may seem extreme.  But even Albert Einstein endorsed this theory: "Significant shifts of the crust of the earth have taken place repeatedly and within a short time.... A movement of the earth's crust over the rest of the earth's body."  More importantly, THE BIBLE repeatedly describes pole shifts and their effects - both in the past, and in our future.

Isaiah 24:1 "Behold, the Lord lays the earth waste, devastates it, distorts its surface and scatters its inhabitants."
Job 9:5-6 "It is God who removes the mountains, they know not how, When He overturns them in His anger; Who shakes the earth out of its place, And its pillars tremble."
Psalms 46:2 "though the earth should change And though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea."

The video on the left suggests a former equator and planetary orientation.

It shows evidence of a newly discovered relationship - Nazca Peru is not only exactly opposite Angkor Wat in Cambodia, but the line between them also crosses the Pyramids at Giza, Egypt; and the statues on Easter Island in the Pacific, and several other sites.

Hebrews 12:26-27 "Yet once more I will shake not only the earth, but also the heaven. This expression, "Yet once more," denotes the removing of those things which can be shaken."  The bible even comments on its own mention of "yet once more" to emphasize that this has happened before, and will happen again!  The Book of Genesis describes past pole shifts; Revelations describes the next one.

Isaiah 22:23 "I will drive him like a peg in a firm place, And he will become a throne of glory to his father’s house."  This is probably a reference to God establishing a new North Pole after a pole shift.  It will seem firmly established.  Like a throne, it will be a central location for the new "house."  But a few sentences later is Isaiah 22:25 we see it it not a permanent fix: "In that day," declares the Lord of hosts, "the peg driven in a firm place will give way; it will even break off and fall, and the load hanging on it will be cut off, for the Lord has spoken."  This peg, which seems to hold the position of the North Pole, (with the load hanging on it being the earth) is not as permanent as it first seems.

Revelation 16:18-20 "there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been since man came to be upon the earth, so great an earthquake was it, and so mighty... And the cities of the nations fell... and every island fled away, and the mountains were not found."

The following quote is non-canonical; it is from a book that did not make it into the version of the bible we know today.  Just like the Book of Macabees and other books are included in Catholic bible but not in Protestant ones, the Book of Noah is not in either - despite being referenced in Jubilees, and the Book of Enoch, and despite being found in the Dead Sea Scrolls.  But with pole shifts and Noah's flood in mind, Noah 65:1 seems especially relevant: "Noah saw the Earth had tilted and that its destruction was near."  Sounds like a pole shift to me.
Another apocryphal book that didn't make the final cut of the Bible we know is from Esdras.   2 Esdras 2:4-8 tells us "The sun will suddenly start shining at night, and the moon in the daytime.  Blood will drip from trees; stones will speak; nations will be in confusion; the movement of the stars will be changed. A king unwanted by anyone will begin to rule, and the birds will fly away.  Fish will be washed up on the shores of the Dead Sea. The voice of one whom many do not know will be heard at night; everyone will hear it.  The earth will break open in many places."  2 Esdras 5:5 adds "And the course of the stars) will be changed."
“Pole shifts are recorded in the Bible, if you know how to look for them, from the very beginning.” - Bruce Killian, who also wrote: "Several important events in the Scriptures involved pole shifts – where the North and South Poles moved thousands of miles to a new location in less than a day.”
Killian wrote this in "Joshua's Long Day" at scripturescholar.com
The Great Pyramid in Egypt is also very interesting.  Peter Lemesurier (and Hancock, and Bauval, and West, and many other authors) point out that "the degree of scientific knowledge exhibited by the Pyramid's designer is completely incompatible with what current historical theory tells us about man's early history."

The American psychic Edgar Cayce said in 1932 that the main purpose of the pyramids at Giza are to warn future generations about “that period when there is to be the change in the earth’s position and the return of the Great Initiate to that and other lands for the folding up of those prophecies that are depicted there."

Isaiah 19:19-20 tells us that "In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to the Lord near its border.  It will become a sign and a witness to the Lord of hosts in the land of Egypt; for they will cry to the Lord because of oppressors, and He will send them a Savior and a Champion, and He will deliver them."  The pyramids at Giza are in the center of modern Egypt near Cairo, but at the start of the Nile Delta, the old border between Upper and Lower Egypt many thousands of years ago.  Will the pyramid's measurements, warnings, and prophecies finally be understood?  If the pyramid's missing top were added on, (representing completion of the world) the pyramid would be 5780 inches high.  It is believed the inch is an ancient unit, and that this may correspond to Hebrew calendar year 5780 - or possibly December 2019, for completion of the world at the next pole shift.

Dr. Paul LaViolette describes the cause of our periodic, predictable pole shifts in Earth Under Fire.  All spiral galaxies, including our own Milky Way, have an ACTIVE galactic center with major outbursts roughly every ten thousand years.  At least two incoming waves from the galactic center are always spreading out towards us.  When they hit, the sudden push from radiation and gravity waves pushes interstellar dust into our solar system, and our sun eventually flares up and expels the dust.
Ezekiel 32:7-8 “And when I extinguish you,
I will cover the heavens and darken their stars; I will cover the sun with a cloud
And the moon will not give its light.  All the shining lights in the heavens I will darken over you And will set darkness on your land,”
Declares the Lord God.
Many authors of books on pole shifts have noted some of the Bible passages to the left.  There is nothing new about the idea that the Bible supports the idea of pole shifts - from its descriptions of the sky rolling up like a scroll with a third of the stars falling from view, to the idea that the earth as we know it now (current surface conditions) are not billions or even millions of years old, but perhaps about 6,000 years old.

David Montaigne's "End Times and 2019" takes this a step further, suggesting not only that the End Times' Judgment Day is a catstrophic pole shift, but that the bible uses astronomical references to clue us in to the date when this will occur in 2019.  The book has hundreds of bible references to pole shifts and concludes that the sun, moon, and planets act out the steps of an ancient Jewish wedding ceremony in the sky - with Jesus coming for His bride - in December 2019.
Even the 16th century French prophet Nostradamus described a pole shift that will occur just after an apocalyptic third world war between Islamic and Christian nations in the early 21st century, as described in:
